DESCRIPTION:Jackson Grimm marries folk pop melodies with the lonesome sound of traditional Appalachian music. Grimm lives in Asheville\, North Carolina\, and can be found playing solo or around Western North Carolina with bluegrass band\, The Bull Moose Party. The band is also the band on Grimm’s latest album by the same name\, “The Bull Moose Party.”\n\nGrimm also plays extensively as a sideman for his father\, singer-songwriter Tim Grimm. Touring with Tim has taken him to over 20 states in the US and 7 countries in Europe (Netherlands\, Germany\, Italy\, Ireland\, Scotland\, Wales\, & England). He has appeared on\, written songs on\, and co-produced the last two Tim Grimm albums. Jackson has also shared the stage and played with singer-songwriters Ben Bedford\, Krista Detor\, and Jennie DeVoe.\n\n\nPotluck \nWe will be hosting a potluck dinner this evening. SUMMARY:An Evening of Music With Hannah Kaminer Trio
DESCRIPTION:Hannah Kaminer is a folk/Americana artist based in Asheville\, NC. Raised in small towns in western North Carolina\, she fuses echoes of Appalachian traditions with wistful\, Americana-style songwriting. Kaminer’s songs have been recognized in the finals of the Chris Austin Songwriting Contest (MerleFest)\, with an NC Regional Artist Project Grant\, and by the Brown Bag Songwriting Competition. Kaminer has released two studio albums\, Acre by Acre (2015) and Heavy Magnolias (2018). Kaminer co-produced Heavy Magnolias with award-winning engineer Julian Dreyer. In 2020\, she pivoted to produce Music for Quarantine\, connecting musicians to virtual gigs performed for loved ones in isolation. As of summer 2023\, Kaminer is working to release a new album with her band (Hannah & The Wistfuls).

DESCRIPTION:We always have a plant-based gluten free food option during our potlucks.  Because so many of our visitors are opting to move to plant-based diets\, we are being asked for recipes.  We thought it would be fun to share recipes of our community through the preparation of a plant-based meal as a community\, followed by dining together. \nWe will be sharing the recipe for one of our favorite meals and preparing the meal together as a community.  We will begin the “cooking class” at 5:30 pm.  If you would like to join us\, come on by.  If you are interested in bringing some ingredients let us know that too.  You can email us at LittleEddyLLC@gmail.com.  We would appreciate it! \nIf you have a plant-based meal you would like to teach and share with our community\, let us know. \nWe are excited to be a part of creating a healthier community.
