Many thanks to Arianna for putting together an amazing evening for the Day of the Dead.  She cooked for days and served traditional foods at the potluck.  The candle craft where we decorated candles for the alter was soothing.  The alter she set up for us to put our passed loved ones pictures and items on was stunning.  I really enjoyed taking time with others to remember those I hold so dear.  It was wonderful to set up a memorial in their honor and share a meal with the community and their memories.

I shared the alter with a card from a dear friend and a picture of my grandparents.  It was a beautiful evening of community, memory, love and great food.
