The Musical Home of Erynn Marshall and Carl Jones.
Erynn is a wonderful fiddler from Canada who has embraced our Appalachian fiddle ways. She is also an author, a great teacher, and coordinator of Old Time Week at the Swannanoa Gathering.
Carl is something of an OG in this music, known for his work with Norman Blake and with master Alabama fiddler James Bryan. In addition to being perhaps the world’s best — and most creative — old time accompanist on guitar, he’s great on mandolin and banjo, and is a fine songwriter and singer.
They are very generous in sharing their music with the rest of us, as their YouTube channel will show. Please do check them out.
