balm. is the solo, loopstation based project of local singer and keyboardist, Rachel Waterhouse of Sister Ivy. Her music is emotive, evocative and soothing, built up with lush vocal harmonies and tasteful synth work, grounded with bass and live looped beats and topped with vulnerable lyrics and striking melodies.
balm. just finished production on her first album and will have vinyl pre-ordering available at this show (and also, soon, online). Release date set for sometime in the spring of 2024 or whenever the pressing is complete.
