Zaq’s songwriting is a buffet of food you never knew existed but can’t stop eating. Honesty and melancholy wrap around goofs like pigs in a blanket cooked over dynamite. Ebbs and flows of complex chords and comfortable rhythms are paired with stories about the horrors and joys of being upright.
