Join us for a night of music from Owen Grooms and Bradford Carson, otherwise known as The Steel String Regulators. Bradford is a multi-instrumentalist who plays everything from old time to blues, jazz and rock and roll. Many styles of music influence his sound simply because there is good music everywhere. Bradford was raised in Virginia and grew up singing, playing the piano, and listening to anything from Hendrix to Mozart. He gradually picked up brass instruments and strings while learning bits about theory and recording, eventually attending Musician’s Institute, Longwood University, and Virginia Commonwealth University. He has since been performing, teaching, and recording regionally.
We will be hosting a potluck dinner this evening. Please bring a non-disposable place setting and a covered dish. If you don’t have food to bring for any reason, we are happy to feed you. We are a pack it in, pack it out public house and ask you take everything you bring in, out with you. Many thanks.
