In Sarah Siskind’s second installment of the “Creative Experience Series”, she will guide attendees even deeper into a creative experience with guest Dr. Christy Bauman.
Sarah will open the night with a short set of original music and will then welcome Penguin Random-House Author and Psychotherapist Dr. Christy Bauman to the stage. As companion to Bauman’s latest critically acclaimed book “Her Rites”, Bauman and Siskind co-wrote an album of 6 songs; each piece a musical journey through the “Rites” detailed in the book.
In this rare and special event, Christy and Sarah will journey through each “Rite” with spoken word from Bauman and Siskind will perform each song, combined with guided experiences to be revealed that night.
This is not just for women! Many men have been transformed by this book and songs, gaining new insight into their own stories.

• Initiation: coming of age
• Exile: finding yourself
• Creation: bringing something new into the world
• Intuition: acquiring embodied wisdom that comes later in life
• Legacy: living with emotional and spiritual readiness for one’s own death
The two women are currently booking in-depth Seminars at retreat centers and conferences for 2025, so this is a rare and exclusive opportunity to be a part of it in such an intimate setting.
Local artist Billy Smith will be live sketching the event to be auctioned at the end of the night.
