You asked, we said...

Burial Beer is awesome. Love the SurfWax. Anything and everything from Burial is great! Perhaps a variety of sparkling non alcoholic flavored water/seltzers.

Our answer:  We love Burial Beer and we plan to stock it.  They do not travel to our location, so we have to travel to get their delicious beer.  Just being newly opened, it is going to take us a little bit of time to work this into our schedule.  (We love SurfWax too!)

We are as committed to quality non-alcoholic beverages as we are alcoholic ones!  We have been searching for local sparkling waters and we have found one that sounds delicious from Fonta Flora Brewing.  (We also plan to stock their beer.  They are another brewery that does not travel to us and one we plan to work into our schedule.)  Here is a description of their sparkling water:

Fonta Flora’s Ginger Sparkling Water – With two wells at a combined depth of nearly 1,000 that gives us all of our brewing water, we knew that with our own unique source of Appalachian well water, that we could offer a water with superior taste and a true sense of place. Always flavored with real, whole, fresh and actual ingredients, our newest offering was aged on local ginger root and leaves, grown by our friends at Rayburn Farms. Quench away!

Brevard Brewery and Wicked Weed beers

Our answer: We have found few local breweries that do German beer better than Brevard Brewing.  We keep their Lager and Dunkel on tap and have it in cans as well.  If there are other beers of theirs you would like to see us stock, please let us know.  We love supporting local and they are the closest brewery to us!

As a result of your request we have brought in Wicked Weed’s Freak of Nature Double IPA:  An outlying, west coast style double India Pale Ale brewed with an abnormally large quantity of hops.  A delicately crafted, and crushable ale designed for fresh and immediate consumption.  ABV: 8.5%

Good to see some no-alcohol options in your photo. The older I get the less I can drink (without suffering too much the next day!) I love the Athletic IPA, good choice! I would really like to try some of the herbal elixirs on the market now, can you get those?

Our goal is to be the community’s PUBlic house.  A place where people can come and relax by the river, talk to neighbors and meet new people.  While we do have an astounding selection of alcoholic beverages we spend a lot of time researching and trying local quality non-alcoholic options.  We currently have 4 delicious juice products from the Black Farmers Hub and recently brought it Fonta Flora’s Sparkling Ginger water.  We have heard that mixing the juice with the water is pretty fantastic.

The Black Farmers Hub does have a true elixir and we hope to bring it in with our next order.  It is a syrup that needs diluted.  If this is not what you mean by elixir please let us know.  We are always looking and tasting.
