We have 14 beverages on draft and most are delivered by the local breweries themselves. We absolutely love our local breweries and appreciate their service out to us. Many of their beverages are only available in draft and many of you have asked if we fill growlers. We looked into what it takes to offer those and we have completed the requirements and are now making draft available to-go in quart mason jars. We have found it is the best way for us to package beer to-go because it produces the least waste with our system.
We strive to be waste-free and this is another step towards that goal.
